Séverine TAMBURINI-KENDER holds a PhD in European Law and is a Board Qualified Family Lawyer.
With a Masters I in Business Law and a Masters II in European Law from the Faculty of Aix-en-Provence, 1993, and the Prize from the Association des Juristes Européens, she took her doctorate as doctoral research fellow at the International and EU Study Centre.
Holder of the Solicitor’s certificate of aptitude since 1998, she completed her studies with a diploma in English Law at the London School of Economics and settled in London where she began a career in international finance.
Returning to France she undertook further legal training with a Masters II in Penal Law and Criminal Sciences.
She then joined the Bar of AIX-EN-PROVENCE, where she continues to practice.
Perfectly bilingual, she works as a Solicitor tailored to a demanding French and foreign clientele looking for “bespoke” services, where the Solicitor-Client relationship is forged on trust and constant support.
With her mastery of English, Séverine is well placed to deal with the rise in cases concerning clients living overseas or residing in France as foreign nationals. At the heart of her practice are those cases of international family law which take her throughout French territory.
In 2021 she became a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL).
